Product received weren't same as ordered. When i asked for refund I didn't receive, i didn't follow throught because it was small amount. I was also overcharged with the freight charges. Really bad experience. Quality:

Although This order has been over 2 months , the customer has made such comments. We apologize for the negative experience they had, but we also need to explain some things:
Firstly, this is a sample order for testing purposes, and we have not charged the customer excessive sample fees. We also offer sample discounts.
Secondly, the transportation channel and cost of the sample order have been approved by the customer, and we have declared based on the actual value of the sample. Experienced customers will know that local customs will collect tariffs upon arrival in the destination country through express delivery channels. The tariff policies of each country are different, and we believe that this is not the responsibility of the suppliers.
